GENERAL SECRETARIAT

The General Secretariat plays an essential role in the smooth running of activities by ensuring the management of administrative aspects. The responsibilities include managing correspondence and coordinating communication with different departments. During meetings of the Committee and the General Assembly, it takes the minutes, guaranteeing a written record of the decisions taken. It prepares and sends notices, manages the office, and ensures that the association's registers and archives are kept up to date. Thanks to this monitoring and organisational work, the secretary actively contributes to the good governance of the association.

GENERAL SECRETARY

I joined the SDSA as soon as I arrived at the university, by joining the Culture and Institutions Department. This choice was in line with my desire to discover international Geneva while engaging in the community sector. Throughout my studies, my interest in diplomacy and international relations has continued to grow, and the SDSA has offered me unique opportunities to explore this field.
Driven by the desire to combine commitment and professional development, I chose to join the General Secretariat to put my skills into practice in a more structured and dynamic environment. After having had the opportunity to dive deeper into many aspects of the diplomatic world, this position represents a valuable opportunity for me to actively contribute to the SDSA's mission.
