COORDINATION 

The Coordination department is an essential pillar of our association, dedicated to the unity and expansion of our network across Switzerland. Its main mission is to ensure the creation and support of other SDSAs and to coordinate their action with SDSA Geneva. 

We have already been able to develop and launch a network in Lausanne and Zurich while a new network in Bern is being created.

These initiatives allow us to expand our presence while ensuring consistency in our actions and our vision.

Finally, the department ensures the coordination and support of existing networks, ensuring their sustainable development. This includes personalised support, the sharing of information and best practices, and the creation of a framework for regular exchange between entities.

Together we are building a dynamic and united network for those who, like us, are passionate about diplomacy.
